I’m Katie Carpenter, Strength Training, Nutrition and Mindset Coach dedicated to helping people unlock their full potential through an integrated, whole-health approach. With over 14 years of experience in strength and conditioning, nutrition, and mindset coaching, I’m passionate about guiding individuals to lasting change by nurturing their mind, body, and spirit.

My journey in health and wellness began early, sparked by my parents' influence and shaped by my love for strength training, which I discovered in high school. Growing up with five older brothers, I was determined to keep up—whether it was wrestling, rodeo, or any activity that challenged me. The weight room became my sanctuary, a place where I could channel my strength and build resilience. This early passion has driven me to cultivate a career in health coaching, where I help others find that same sense of strength and empowerment.

Wellness is a path to becoming all you’re meant to be.

Through my own life experiences, including the transformative journeys of weight loss (50lbs TWICE) and healing from chronic depression and gut issues, I’ve come to see nutrition as the foundation of wellness. I believe food is more than just fuel—it’s medicine. I guide clients in creating personalized nutrition plans that emphasize whole foods, balance, and healing, supporting sustainable health changes. My qualifications include certifications from CrossFit, NSCA, NASM, Precision Nutrition, NLP training, and specialized training in somatic breathwork, which I discovered as a powerful tool for connecting emotional and physical healing.

Today, I work closely with clients to integrate mindful eating, intentional movement, and breathwork into their routines. In my role at a functional medicine practice, I collaborate with individuals to manage stress, develop healthy habits, and enhance their overall quality of life. I also support groups and companies through wellness initiatives and corporate programs designed to foster a culture of health and well-being.

My coaching philosophy is rooted in self-responsibility, consistent effort, and a deep belief that everyone is worthy of health and happiness. I’m here to help you rediscover your own strength and live a life full of intention and vitality.
